Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose children's health issues.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for various pediatric conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on childcare and health-related matters.
Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in pediatrics.
Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Hold a degree in DCH/MD/DNB or equivalent qualification in pediatrics.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions.
Be compassionate and empathetic towards children and their families.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
Should be able to manage a rural based pediatric facility
