Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist (RCI Licensed) located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves working closely with children to assess, design, and deliver therapy sessions while monitoring progress. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create a nurturing developmental environment is an integral aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Understanding of Psychology principles and experience in working with children
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and teams
• RCI certification as a Behavioral Therapist (mandatory)
• Patience, adaptability, and ability to create a positive learning environment
• Relevant experience in behavioral therapy or related fields is preferred
