JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR PEB Tender document preparation as per technical requirement Cost working for Tendering, Fabrication and Erection Sub-contracting Review of drawing and co-ordinate with client for necessary approvals Preparation of mile stones and monitoring the same in line with Clients Project requirement. Communication with client and inter departments for smooth execution of project. Communication with client on technical subjects and get necessary approvals for smooth operation of the Projects. Understanding and explain the scope of work and time line as per tender to the respective departments. Co-ordinating with inter department for Procurement, Fabrication, dispatch and billing. Preparation of erection sequence and co-ordinate with factory for sequential production align with erection sequence. Interact with vendors, SCM team for timely supply of material and clarify the technical requirements in consultation with respective departments. Support SCM to identify prospective vendors for materials. Preparation of Material Indents, Job work orders, negotiation with sub-contractors. Co-ordinate with QA team of Client side as well company side for Inspections.
