PCBA Plant Head Manufacturing Operations (SMT Line)

As the SMT Plant Head in Manufacturing Operations at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, including Production, Production Planning, Maintenance, Store, Engineering, and Quality. Your role will involve ensuring operational effectiveness, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, cost control, safety, and compliance. Your primary focus will be maintaining the delivery schedule to the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of plant operations including Production, Production Planning, Maintenance, Store, Engineering, and Quality - Ensure operational effectiveness and on-time delivery - Manage capacity utilization and cost control - Uphold safety and compliance standards - Maintain delivery schedules to customers Qualifications Required: - Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering - Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-volume Electronics Manufacturing, specifically in PCBA, SMT, and Electronic Assembly - Experience in running SMT Printed Circuit Board Assembly Plant is essential If you meet the qualifications and have the necessary experience in managing SMT Printed Circuit Board Assembly Plants, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time, Permanent position based in Hyderabad (Sanath Nagar).
