PCBA Plant Head Manufacturing Operations

Role Overview: As the SMT Plant Head in Manufacturing Operations, you will be the overall in-charge of plant operations at our location in Hyderabad (Sanath Nagar). Your responsibilities will include overseeing Production, Production Planning, Maintenance, Store, Engineering, and Quality. It will be your responsibility to ensure operational effectiveness, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, cost control, safety, and compliance. You will be completely responsible for maintaining the delivery schedule to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage Production, Production Planning, Maintenance, Store, Engineering, and Quality functions - Ensure operational effectiveness and on-time delivery - Optimize capacity utilization and control costs - Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations - Manage and maintain the delivery schedule to customers Qualifications Required: - Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering - Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-volume Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA, SMT, Electronic Assembly) - Experience in running SMT Printed Circuit Board Assembly Plant is a must Please Note: This is a full-time, permanent position that requires your presence at the work location in person.,
