PCB Assembly & Soldering Testing

As a PCB Assembly & Soldering Technician at our company, your role will involve performing a variety of tasks related to electronic components assembly and soldering. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing soldering and de-soldering of electronic components, both SMD & THT. - Carrying out PCB assembly, rework, and modifications based on project requirements. - Conducting functional and continuity testing of assembled PCBs. - Identifying and troubleshooting faulty connections or components during the assembly/testing process. - Safely and efficiently handling electronic tools and equipment such as soldering station, multimeter, hot air gun, microscope, etc. - Maintaining quality standards and following ESD-safe procedures during work. - Supporting the production and R&D teams with prototype builds and small batch assemblies. - Maintaining records of completed work and assisting in inventory management of components. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - ITI / Diploma in Electronics or a related field. - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in PCB soldering, rework, and testing. - Good understanding of electronic components and circuit assembly. Additionally, experience working in a solar, electronics, or automation industry would be considered a plus. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our designated work location.
