As an experienced Operations Delivery Leader in the P&C Insurance domain Auto & Others, your role will involve overseeing and managing delivery operations for various clients within the Property and Casualty Insurance Domain. You will lead a team of 200+ FTES with a focus on further growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective operational strategies, ensuring end-to-end delivery of solutions, acting as a subject matter expert for the bid team, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.
