Payroll Support Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a Payroll Support Executive (Fresher) to join our client support team. In this role, you will assist clients with payroll-related questions, help solve basic issues, and ensure they get the right support on time. Training will be provided – so no prior experience is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients with questions related to payroll.
• Coordinate with internal teams to get quick solutions for client issues.
• Update and maintain client payroll data accurately.
• Guide clients on using payroll software or portals (training will be given).
• Keep track of client queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
