Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer facing support and stakeholder management - Support customers with analysis of legislation and provide correct and relevant advice - Provide leave management advice and ensure compliance - Execute end of year processes and reporting - Generate Regular and Adhoc reporting - Demonstrate strong understanding (subject matter expert) of complex agreements and legislation and apply this knowledge effectively Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills - High level communication and interpersonal skills - High level numeracy and literacy skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively About Orica: At Orica, our people are at the core of our success.
