Role & responsibilities Client-facing responsibilities Team management Advising clients on payroll structures and compliance (Gratuity, Leave Encashment) Payroll statutory compliance (TDS, NPS, PT, PF, ESI, labor compliance) Employee settlements and investment proof handling Employee headcount management (around 2,000 employees) Presentation of payroll-related reports and updates Experience of using GreytHR payroll software. End to end payroll activity. Qualification : B Com / BBM/BBA, MBA / M Com Immediate joiners preferred.
