Its clients include large corporations, government agencies, technology companies, and investment firms.

About The Job:

  • This position operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for supporting payroll operations for non-US entities, working closely with our managed service payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate, review, and approve monthly and/or semi-monthly payrolls for non-US entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and review off-cycle and manual payments as required, ensuring all calculations and system entries are correct.
  • Process all special payment requests such as commissions, bonuses, severance, and overtime in accordance with local requirements.
  • Analyze processes to drive efficiencies and best practices.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries and issues, including those related to earnings, deductions, and statutory withholdings.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data and benefits in the Workday HR system.
  • Review payroll system audits and work with the payroll provider to address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports and metrics for management as requested.
  • Partner with the team leads on all project management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior payroll experience preferably in a corporate environment
  • ADP and Workday knowledge preferred.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple countries or regions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally within a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel data with discretion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective influencing and listening skills.
  • Strong initiative and drive
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptable and proactive in responding to changing business needs.
  • Maintain and update payroll process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
