about the role Manage Payroll Operations of multiple entities in the region; ensure accurate and timely disbursements to employees. Ensure compliances with company policy, applicable tax laws and statutory requirements for each of the payroll entities. Stay abreast of changes and drive change implementation. Work in effective collaboration with HR and Payroll providers for seamless payroll processing and resolution of issues. Manage and provide guidance to outsourced payroll support staff. Payroll Accounting, Reconciliations and Audits. Enforce internal controls and sox compliance defined by Group Finance. Payroll Reporting Analytics. Drive/ Engage in associated Finance and HR Projects. about you Graduation/ Post Graduation in Commerce. Professional qualification like CA/ MBA Finance shall be an added advantage. 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of experience in managing Payroll, preferably in global/ multi-country payroll environment. Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices and regulations. Finance systems understanding and experience (Oracle/SAP) Excellent analytical skills and attention to details. High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
