**Immediate / 30 days Joiners** Work Mode: 5 days work form office Role: Payroll Executive 1. Payroll Processing: - Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and incentives accurately. - Ensure timely and accurate tax withholdings (e.g., TDS) and statutory deductions (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF). - Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Stay informed on changes in payroll-related tax laws and regulations. Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act) and social security requirements (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity). - Prepare and submit statutory filings (EPF ECR, ESIC challans, PT returns, TDS, Form 16, LWF) within deadlines. - Maintain accurate records for audits and liaise with authorities (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Department). - Manage statutory audits and ensure timely deposit of dues. Also able to manage onsite payroll for countries like USA, Maldives and European countries Maintenance of payroll related data documents and files for internal compliance and audit Able to coordinate with onsite HR and business team to align input and process the payroll 2. Reporting & Documentation: - Generate payroll reports (monthly MIS, tax filings, year-end statements). - Maintain confidential employee records (attendance, leaves, benefits). - Assist in internal/external audits and ensure compliance documentation is audit-ready. 3. Process Improvement: - Identify inefficiencies in payroll/compliance processes and implement solutions. - Automate workflows 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: - Coordinate with payroll vendors and external consultants. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendor to ensure data accuracy. 5. Employee Education: - Advise employees on payroll policies, tax declarations, and statutory benefits. - Conduct training sessions on payroll processes and compliance updates. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, HR, or related field. Experience: 2 to 3 years in payroll management and statutory compliance, preferably in India, Technical Skills: Proficiency in Indian payroll software - **Knowledge: ** In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws, tax regulations (Income Tax Act), and social security schemes. - **Soft Skills: ** Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication, and confidentiality.
