Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and employee benefit management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.) Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for salary inputs, attendance, and deductions Handle payroll queries, employee reimbursements, and full & final settlements Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory filings
Key Skills: Expertise in payroll software (e.g., HRMs, etc.) Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication and Excel skills
