Job Description

Responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing HR operations. You will handle onboarding, data management, employee queries, and payroll processing, while maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Payroll & HR Compliance: HR Operations Compensation & Benefits Statutory and Regulatory Compliance experience in HR, payroll, and compliance management, with proficiency in SAP HR modules. Strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll processing, and HR policies. Advanced skills in HRIS systems (SAP) and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with employees, stakeholders, and leadership. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; payroll and compliance certifications are a plus.
