Job Responsibility Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and process salaries, wages, benefits, and deductions. Manage payroll software and systems. Process new hires, terminations, and other payroll changes. Prepare and distribute payslips. Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Stay updated on changes in payroll and compliance regulations. Conduct regular payroll audits and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax returns and other compliance filings. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. Other Responsibilities: Prepare and manage full and final settlements for resigned employees. Manage time-bound processes and ensure data accuracy, such as investment declarations and tax returns. Coordinate with internal and external teams to address compliance-related issues. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures. Manage payroll tax audits.
