Who Are We Looking For We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Associate Product Manager who is excited to gain hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional projects. What You Will Do Understand problems deeply, visualize solutions, and build with clarity and purpose, not through long, AI-generated PRDs. Prepare use cases and user personas, and present product ideas to stakeholders. Define product requirements, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Track feature progress, identify blockers, and support testing and validation. Compile product updates, reports, and documentation for visibility across teams. Collaborate with marketing and sales to create collaterals and materials for events and conferences. Stay curious, continuously learn and share knowledge. Who Should Apply Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of end-to-end product management experience in the payments or fintech industry, ideally spent in a single company where you’ve built and scaled real products. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore. We’re currently considering local candidates only and are not supporting relocation at this time.
