Paul continues to grow and innovate, now bringing its culinary legacy to a new location. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef - Bakery (Breads) located in Gurgaon. The Sous Chef will head the Bakery with regards to daily operations, ensuring the consistency and quality of all bread and bakery products. Key responsibilities include preparing doughs, managing baking schedules, supervising bakery staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. The role involves collaborating with the Corporate Chef -Pastry and Bakery to innovate new bread varieties and improve existing recipes. Qualifications Experience with baking breads and other bakery products Knowledge of bakery equipment and dough preparation techniques Proficiency in managing baking schedules and supervising staff Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a bakery setting Ability to innovate new recipes and improve existing ones Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a similar role preferred Culinary degree or relevant certification is beneficial

As the Head of Marketing at PAUL India, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives. The role includes overseeing market planning, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing public relations strategies, and driving sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the iconic PAUL brand and successfully implement marketing programs that align with the company’s vision. Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and execute effective strategies. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive Market Research and analyzing consumer insights. Strong skills in overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring target achievement. Ability to lead and manage Public Relations efforts to enhance brand reputation. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Salary Scale 30-40 lacs per annum
