Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Technician located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The Pattern Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining garment patterns, ensuring accurate pattern modifications, and aligning patterns with customer requirements. This position involves collaborating with design and production teams, conducting pattern grading and adjustments, and ensuring the fit and quality of garments during sampling and production stages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pattern-making and grading techniques, with experience in manual and digital pattern creation.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and sewing techniques.
• Attention to detail and precision in creating and modifying patterns to meet specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams for achieving desired garment outcomes.
• Familiarity with pattern-making software is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in children's apparel or similar product categories is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
