Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in draping, pattern making, and garment fitting, with expertise in high fashion menswear and womenswear. You will play a key role in translating designer concepts into exemplary patterns, ensuring each piece reflects our brand’s high standards of craftsmanship and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and finalize detailed patterns for both menswear and womenswear, including Indo-Western and Western styles.
• Translate designer ideas into accurate and high-quality patterns through draping, flat patterning, and drafting techniques.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand creative concepts and ensure feasibility and proper fit.
• Conduct fittings, make pattern adjustments, and resolve technical issues to achieve the desired silhouette and fit.
• Maintain detailed pattern files and ensure all patterns are accurate for production.
• Supervise and guide pattern-making team members, if applicable.
• Ensure all garments meet quality standards and are suitable for high fashion production.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Pattern Master in a high fashion or couture environment.
• Well-trained in draping, flat patterning, and advanced pattern-making techniques.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fitting for both menswear and womenswear.
• Expertise in Indo-Western, Western, and contemporary fashion styles.
• Experience working under a fashion designer label or in a similar high-end fashion setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with high fashion or couture brands is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹39,800.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
