Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive
Location: Jade Clinics, Kokapet
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift; slight flexibility allowed)
Interview Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the healthcare sector
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Patient Relationship Executive to join our team at Jade Clinics, Kokapet. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient experience, handling billing processes accurately, and managing appointments efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Billing & Documentation

• Manage end-to-end billing processes with accuracy and transparency
• Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain billing records
• Handle insurance-related queries and documentation where applicable
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and financial SOPs

2. Patient Experience & Front Desk Management

• Welcome and assist patients with empathy and professionalism
• Address patient queries, concerns, and service requests promptly
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly reception area

3. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage daily appointments, follow-ups, and rescheduling requests
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to optimize schedules
• Remind patients about upcoming appointments via calls/messages
• Maintain accurate appointment logs and patient records

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Assist in clinic administration when required
• Support operational activities to enhance patient satisfaction
• Escalate patient concerns to the management when necessary

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and patient handling
• Familiarity with billing systems or hospital management software
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high patient volume and multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
