Patient Counselor

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW):

Required educational qualification with a strong foundation in clinical practice, human behavior, and social work ethics.

• Experience in Patient Counseling:

Must have hands-on experience providing emotional support, psychosocial assessments, and therapeutic guidance to patients and their families. Experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or community health programs is highly preferred.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build trust, establish rapport quickly, and maintain compassionate, professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Strong Communication Skills:

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in both verbal and written forms. Should be capable of explaining complex information in an understandable manner, conducting counseling sessions effectively, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
