Patient Coordinator -French

Job description

• Ensuring foreign patients gets help they need for all communication with doctors and nurses in Organization.

• Reading letters, prescriptions, name of medicines etc. to be translated in French for communicating the same to patients.

• Helping the Marketing team in making digital advertisements, posters etc. in French and in preparing write ups in French.

• Coordinating with international patients online and physically for all queries and help.

• Handling backend work of International Marketing team.

Required skills and Experience:

1. Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & French)

2. Command over Language with good understanding skills is required

3. Good Communication Skills is required

4. Candidate should be a good listener

5. Candidates with certification in French Language, Language trainers, French Language Associate, Customer support French Language will be given high preference

6. Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking French and English Language

7. Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
