The Patient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and compassionate experience for all patients throughout their journey in the hospital. They serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, bridging communication between patients and various departments, including doctor, diagnostics, therapy, registering, billing, pharmacy and support services including the key goal of patient satisfaction improvement & monitoring. Language fluent in Malayalam & English.
Experience in similar post for 1-3 years in a major hospital is a must
Qualification - Degree / PG (Preferably in Science / Paramedical)
Timing is 8.00 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Sat)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
