b) Engage with customers and explain package
c) Follow up and increase bed booking (OP:IP Ratio)
a) Assignment of customer base and engage with customer for 9 months
b) Inform customer about new offer, benefits and activities
c) Handle customer request, queries and resolution
d) Doctor tracker discussion with doctor
a) Promote & sell PREGGO and other allied services
a) Publish and maintain EDD Tracker in Adbhutam
b) Publish Conversion and PREGGO revenue data
c) Maintain and protect customer information
a) OPD and Diagnostic process for customer and appointment management
a) To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies & practices
b) Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
a) Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
a) Integrity related company polices and Information security
b) Compliance to laid down process
