Job Title: Retail Showroom Manager Location: [Insert Location] Department: Retail Operations Reports To: Regional / Area Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire shop, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving store profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations & Management Oversee all aspects of the showroom’s day-to-day operations. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product replenishment. Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation. 2. Sales & Customer Service Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and in-depth product knowledge. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively. Implement strategies to increase footfall, conversions, and repeat customers. 3. Team Leadership & Staff Management Recruit, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve performance goals. Create staff schedules and ensure adequate floor coverage. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement. Foster a positive and customer-focused team environment. 4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with visual merchandising guidelines. Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements in presentation or pricing. 5. Reporting & Administration Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports. Track KPIs such as sales conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations. Experience in Home Decor / Home Textile is a plus Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
