Patent Associate

This is an internship role for a Patent Associate at Citius Minds. The Patent Associate will be involved in patent preparation, patent applications, assessing patentability, understanding patent law, and managing intellectual property matters. This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh, India, with the flexibility of some remote work.

• Patent Preparation and Patent Applications skills
• Knowledge of Patentability and Patent Law
• Understanding of Intellectual Property concepts
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Legal background or relevant coursework in IP law is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Engineering, or related field
