Dolcera, a leading Intellectual Property (IP) consulting firm with headquarters in Silicon Valley, USA, and offices in China, Germany, and India, is expanding and looking for experienced Patent Analysts to join our dynamic team. We specialize in cutting-edge technology areas including Multimedia, Cloud Computing, Database Management Systems, and AI/ML. We are seeking candidates with 25 years of experience in the IP domain, preferably with a background in Mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patent analysis, portfolio development, IP landscapes, and the preparation of Evidence of Use (EoU) claim charts. Preferable candidates who worked on Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulics, Smart/Digital technology in Chemical/Food Process engineering, Liquid Process Engineering (Chemical, Beverages, Dairy—particularly in nozzle design, liquid pumps, and fluid mechanics).
