Pastry Chef

Lune Patisserie is a Luxury-Minimal dessert brand in very early test-phase. We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef / Home Baker to join us part-time and help standardize, prepare, and present a small collection of premium desserts. Responsibilities - Develop and prepare high-quality dessert recipes in small batches (2-3 days a week) - Ensure minimal, boutique-style plating and presentation - Guide the workflow for a home-based dessert kitchen setup - Apply experience in delivery-safe dessert packing and tamper-proofing - Assist in setting up pack-for-delivery standards (box inserts, jar sealing, transport handling) - Optional: help source or suggest reliable food-packaging materials/vendors - Collaborate on taste-testing, feedback, and menu standardization Must Have - Experience as a Pastry Chef / Confectioner / Professional Baker - Strong understanding of dessert presentation and premium aesthetics - Prior experience with delivery-grade dessert packaging - Knowledge of how to pack chilled jars and cakes safely for delivery (no leakage / no damage) - Real-world or delivery-app kitchen experience is a plus Good to Have - Experience with delivery platforms like Swiggy / Zomato or dessert cafes - Knowledge of tamper sealing films, jar lids, separators, box inserts - Ability to train a founder to eventually handle production - Portfolio or photos of desserts you've personally created Compensation Structure Potential for long-term collaboration if pilot performs well,
