Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Kerala, India. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ensuring quality and consistency in every product. The Pastry Chef will also be involved in developing new recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Strong Cooking and Culinary Skills
• Experience in creating and developing new recipes
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Culinary Arts or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
