Partnerships Manager India

Your role as Brand Partnerships Manager will involve developing new and nurturing existing local brand partnerships across India, including Mumbai House and all CWH cities. You will be the main point of contact for brand partners, ensuring a positive working relationship and meeting all contractual obligations. Regular meetings with partners and collaboration with various Soho House departments will be crucial in maintaining these relationships. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new partnership opportunities, coordinating events, managing P&L, and brainstorming new ideas. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain local brand partnerships, ensuring on-brand deliverables - Liaise with global partnerships team to align on brand partners and avoid conflicts - Schedule and attend regular meetings with brand partners - Drive revenue through partnership relationships with Private Events and Front Office Managers - Identify new local partnership opportunities aligned with Soho House brand - Coordinate with various internal departments to plan and implement partnerships - Manage ongoing communications and support partners with hospitality requests - Assist with partnership admin, tracking, reporting, and legal requirements - Coordinate monthly reporting for assigned Brand Partnerships - Proactively surface ideas, trends, and new opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in partnership or client management - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects - Experience in establishing productive relationships with agencies, brands, and clients - Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills - Understanding of event curation, production, and budget management - Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects - Proficiency in languages is a bonus In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, we are looking for a calm, confident, and charismatic individual who can thrive in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
