About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead our collaboration efforts with Shopify agencies, app developers, and ecosystem partners across India. You will be the face of our company—representing us at major industry events, initiating and nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving strategic growth through powerful collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Build & Manage Partnerships: Identify, approach, and onboard new Shopify agencies and app developers for strategic collaborations. Maintain and nurture existing relationships for long-term success. Travel & Networking: Visit one major city every month to build face-to-face relationships with local partners. Be prepared to travel across India for partnership meetings and events. Event Participation & Representation: Attend and represent the company at key industry events, expos, and networking meets anywhere in India. Actively engage with the ecosystem to create visibility and trust. Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage partner meetups and events—owning the entire lifecycle from concept to execution. Communication & Branding: Be the voice and face of the company—both on stage and in meetings. Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with diverse stakeholders. Professional Email Communication: Write structured, persuasive, and thoughtful emails to initiate and manage partnerships. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnership strategies with business goals. What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a client-facing role—preferably in the tech or e-commerce ecosystem. Excellent verbal communication skills – You should be a natural speaker who can comfortably interact with CXOs and founders. Strong writing skills – Clear and professional email communication is a must. Experience attending or organizing events is a big plus. A confident, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within India (mandatory).
