Job Description

The State Partnerships Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in aligning state-level program delivery with internal and external stakeholders, managing key partnerships externally with govt and knowledge and innovation community, and ensuring strategic execution for the FRSN related deliverables working with internal teams closely. This role requires strong coordination across teams, effective external communication, knowledge facilitation, and advocacy efforts. State Alignment Delivery Oversight Collaborate with state teams to align program delivery with Quest Alliances strategic goals. Share critical updates with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on state-level progress. Provide oversight and support for thematic tracks, ensuring effective program implementation. Lead internal subgroup meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and track progress. Partnership Stakeholder Management Manage and nurture partnerships with the Ministry of Skill Development Entrepreneurship (MSDE) , its various departments and other key stakeholders. Support active stakeholder engagement both externally and internally to strengthen collaboration. Strategic Planning Communication Lead the planning and execution of key advocacy and dialogue events, convenings, and meetings for FRSN Support strategy, communication, and advocacy efforts aligned with FRSN and QA priorities. Support strategic decision-making, for external and internal stakeholders and communication around key plans. Knowledge Innovation Partnership (KI) Facilitation Foster a strong Knowledge Innovation community by driving thought leadership and engagements. Knowledge creation and dissemination with the community in a planned structure manner Plan and oversee KI-related events to enhance knowledge exchange and impact measurement. KPI Budget Oversight Track and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budget allocations to ensure program efficiency around all FRSN deliverables Requirements Bachelors degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, or strategy roles, preferably in the development sector. Strong background in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and strategic communication. Experience working with government bodies, funders, and advocacy groups is a plus. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate knowledge-sharing forums. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. Any network management and system change capabilities are great to have Preferred Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment . Knowledge of skills development, education, or employability programs is an added advantage. Managing high stake govt relationships Benefits The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 120000/- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
