Positions Available: 2 Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in partnerships, business development, or account management, with at least 1 year in a marketing agency setting. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Partnerships and Alliances Associate to join the team and help expand reach through strategic partnerships. Role Summary: As a Partnerships and Alliances Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with brands that align with Student Tribe's mission. You will leverage your experience in the agency, youth, or digital media sectors, particularly with marketing agencies, to build strong relationships and drive impactful collaborations. Your work will be critical in helping us create meaningful connections with partners and brands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: o Identify potential partners and brands that align with Student Tribes goals. o Develop strategies to generate new leads through various channels, building a strong pipeline for future partnerships. 2. Pitching and Negotiations: o Craft tailored, persuasive pitches and presentations to communicate Student Tribes value proposition effectively. o Lead pitch meetings and negotiations, securing partnerships that offer mutual growth. o Maintain a strong network with brands and use it to facilitate potential collaborations. 3. Account Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners. o Manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns, and build long-term engagement. o o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations. o Track and report on account performance, updating both clients and internal teams. o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to provide additional value to existing partners. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in partnerships, business development, or account management, with at least 1 year in a marketing agency setting. Industry Connections: Strong network with brands and agencies, preferably within the youth, agency, or digital media sectors. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to craft persuasive pitches and maintain positive client relationships. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, meeting revenue and partnership goals. Project Management: Able to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing data to support decision-making and improve client outcomes. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
