Position SummaryA Bridgespan Partner will work with organizations engaged in social development and philanthropy by helping them develop and implement new strategies, generating insights and recommendations that lead to breakthrough results, and sharing practical insights for the advancement of the social sector. QualificationsAdvanced degree, which includes MBA, Masters in Public Health, and Masters in EducationAt least 12 years of professional experience overallProfessional social sector experience preferableManagement consulting experience of at least 4 years (must have experience at the Manager or above positions i.e., Principal, Associate Partner, Director, Partner, or equivalent levels) Personal Characteristics and ExperienceSuperior analytical and team leadership skills;Experience working as a trusted advisor or providing strategic advisory to CSR funders, UHNIs, family offices, philanthropies, impact investors, governments, nonprofits, and/or other social sector actors;Strong networks among CSR funders, UHNIs, institutional philanthropies, and/or nonprofits, with proven experience of business development;A belief in the importance of evidence-based decision-making;Deep expertise working with others to practically translate ideas into action; andAn inquisitive, creative mind We expect leaders at Bridgespan toGenuinely respect diversity of thought and experience;Motivate and engage others with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills of organization-building Bridgespan's ValuesImpact: We value performance and results.
