Location: GurugramAbout the role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support to Enterprise customers We're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our Customer Service Enterprise Team as an Enterprise Support Administrator. This vital role supports our order placement process and ensures customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:
    • Accuratelyplace a high volume of daily orders, ensuring efficiency and minimal errorsto
    • Followbespoke order processes and keep up to date with daily operational changes
    • Respondpromptly to internal teams and support order queries
    • Actionadministrative changes and updates on Enterprise accounts
    • Setfollow-up tasks and monitor progress through to connection or dispatch
    • Collaboratewith internal teams to resolve order escalations
    • Maintainaccurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
    • Useand adapt templates to provide internal and external updates
    • Keepcustomer-specific order details current and accurate
    • Workcollaboratively with your team to minimise order placement errors
