Job Description

As a Partner Success Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing high-impact, enterprise-level partnerships and driving partner enablement programs. Your role will involve working with cross-functional global teams and ensuring the success of our partner programs. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of experience in Partner Success Management, Channel Programs, or SCM Program Management to effectively manage partnerships. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, tools, and enterprise ecosystems. - Drive partner enablement programs, certifications, and governance frameworks to enhance partner capabilities. - Manage communication and stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. - Utilize tools like Salesforce, Excel, Partner Portals, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global System Integration/Consulting organizations or global ISVs/Cloud Platform vendors. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Experience in business development, partner management, sales/strategic sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. - Understanding of the public cloud, IaaS/PaaS/Pre-defined market, and different technology segments.
