What you ll do: Customer Orientation: Welcoming New Customers to the Platform and making sure they have what they need operationally to get started Billing inquiries handling: Responding to customer questions about their invoices and addressing any billing discrepancies. Data analysis: Analyzing customer usage patterns to identify potential billing issues or opportunities for upselling. Customer retention: Working to minimize customer churn by addressing concerns promptly and providing clear explanations. The Experience you bring: Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or similar Experience : 3+ years of sales and/or success operations with a strong preference for candidates from SaaS or subscription-based industries Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce,Excel, PowerBI Analytical Skills : Understanding of customer lifecycle and subscription agreements and invoices Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple explanations
