🎯 Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and communicative Partner Relationship Manager to join our Ahmedabad team. This is an on-site, relationship-driven role focused on building and nurturing partnerships with educational agencies and consultants across India.

Note:

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Make 10–50 calls daily to engage education agencies and consultants
• Represent Join In Campus services professionally and persuasively
• Build long-term partnerships with agencies and stakeholders
• Lead and participate in workshops, events, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnership agreements
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain partner engagement
• Monitor partner performance and offer strategic guidance
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

✅ Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with relationship-building focus
• Willingness to work full-time and sign a one-year bond
• Must be based in Ahmedabad
• Experience in study abroad or B2B partnerships preferred (not mandatory)
