Job Title: Partner Operations Specialist / Manager Work timings: 4pm to 01am Work days: Monday to Friday Requirement type: Immediate Employment type: 12-month Contract. Can be extended to 24 months at the end of 12 months Experience: 5 to 10 years About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our partners. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, and driving partner engagement. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Description Manage the partner certification and application approval process. Facilitate partner up-leveling and down-leveling based on performance and program requirements. Oversee new partner registrations, ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding. Conduct regular audits between CRM and other data sources to maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement. Perform marketplace audits to ensure partner compliance and optimize visibility. Maintain contact cleanliness within the CRM system. Manage and maintain partner contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms. Provide support with additional data gathering and reporting as needed. Proactively identify and address partner needs and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience. Skillset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a must. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic Excel knowledge such as VLOOKUP
