Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE Partner Marketing Manager - Global is responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for events, encompassing brand awareness and partner activations and supervise the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and achieving attendee targets across India. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Management Build and maintain relationships with key global and local organisations to generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand presence. Work in alignment with the other two Partner Marketing Managers and manage existing partnerships, ensuring they align with event objectives and business KPIs. Event and Engagement Management Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for events, encompassing brand awareness and partner activations. Supervise the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and achieving attendee targets across India. Design and map event nurture flows to ensure they are engaging and drive event success. Collaborate with Creative, Content, Surge Agency, and Paid Media teams to ensure timely execution of event marketing initiatives. Lead brand awareness campaigns through strategic OOH advertising, partnerships, community engagement, and on-ground marketing activities. Partner with the Head of Events to ensure the event agenda is content-rich and engaging. Budget and Performance Management Oversee marketing budgets for partner and brand awareness initiatives in India, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Track and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of partner campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring they meet lead generation and engagement goals. Refine marketing strategies using data-driven insights to enhance lead quality and improve event outcomes. Team Collaboration Manage, mentor, and inspire the Marketing Co-ordinator in India, fostering creativity and driving high-impact campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event planning, sales, and regional managers, to maintain alignment and synergy across initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve X% growth in high-quality leads generated through partner collaborations. Activate and manage X strategic partnerships annually to support business and event goals. Meet or exceed attendance and engagement targets for in-person events. Ensure marketing budgets align with event and engagement objectives while maximising ROI. Elevate brand awareness through local sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and impactful campaigns.
