Partner Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

You will be joining Praxis Global Alliance as a Partner / Associate Partner, where your role will involve business development, client relationship management, and ensuring high-quality project delivery exceeding client expectations. As a leadership position reporting directly to the company leadership, you will be responsible for building and growing the practice within your vertical. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies for a healthy sales pipeline and achieving sales goals, cultivating new CXO level client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, customizing project scopes according to client needs, making presentations outlining key offerings, working on the practice marketing plan, and building the Praxis partner network. Additionally, you will collaborate with domain partners, oversee project delivery, and guide delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in business development in management consulting, with at least 10+ years of consulting experience and deep knowledge of the focus vertical. You should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial orientation, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to create impactful proposals tailored to specific projects. An MBA from a top-tier institute, such as Ivy League B-schools in the US, IIM A, B, C, L, I, and ISB, is required along with a consistent track record of academic excellence.
