Part Time Warehouse Assistant

As a Logistics Coordinator in our company, your role involves overseeing daily logistics operations to ensure all activities are completed within the 24-hour TAT. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics processes and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will also include planning and scheduling deliveries, pickups, and other logistics activities to meet the 24-hour TAT requirements. It will be your duty to monitor and manage stock movement and minimize delays. In case of any logistics issues or delays, you should identify and resolve them promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment details, delivery times, and inventory levels, will be crucial. Generating and analyzing reports on logistics performance, TAT metrics, and other key indicators to identify areas for improvement will also fall under your responsibilities. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to enhance logistics processes and implementing best practices to achieve operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in logistics coordination or a similar role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports - Knowledge of logistics processes and best practices Please note that this is a part-time permanent position with the following schedule: - Evening shift - In-person work location Benefits include health insurance coverage.
