About the Role:

Software Architecture Consultant


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and review

    software architecture

    for new and existing applications.


  • Design and optimize

    database schemas

    (SQL and/or NoSQL) for performance and maintainability.


  • Perform detailed code reviews

    for all critical projects built using

    React, Node.js, and React Native

    — ensuring best practices, modularity, scalability, and performance.


  • Identify architectural flaws, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.


  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and mentor developers through review comments.


  • Establish and enforce coding standards and review workflows.


  • Conduct

    technical interviews

    and evaluate candidates in the above tech stacks.


  • Advise on

    system design patterns

    ,

    tooling

    , and

    process improvements

    to raise overall engineering quality.


  • Collaborate with development teams to maintain architectural consistency and technical excellence.


Requirements


  • 6+ years of experience in

    software development and architecture design

    .

  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    React, Node.js, and React Native

    (mandatory).

  • Experience designing scalable

    database schemas

    .

  • Familiarity with

    Flutter

    is a plus.

  • Proven track record of

    conducting high-quality code reviews

    and mentoring developers.

  • Experience

    leading or participating in technical interviews

    .

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
