Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Provide real-time support to customers through email and chat.

  • Respond to queries promptly, clearly, and professionally.

  • Understand customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain service-level standards and quality benchmarks.

  • Update customer interactions and data in CRM tools accurately.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM with good accuracy.

  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat or CRM tools (preferred).

Eligibility

  • Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
  • Prior experience in chat/email support is an advantage but not mandatory.

    0-2 years (Freshers welcome)

Shift Timing:

Stipend: 7,500 - 8,500 per month
