Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Tele Sales Executive. The responsibilities include generating leads, pitching products and services to existing & potential customers, and building relationships to drive sales. The role involves making outbound sales calls, following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and achieving set sales targets. The Tele Sales Executive will also maintain records of customer interactions and provide accurate, timely updates to management. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers Sales and negotiation skills to effectively present products and close deals Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Basic proficiency in using CRM tools for maintaining customer records and tracking sales activities Self-motivation with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role is an advantage Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills are necessary - English, Hindi are mandatory and any other Indian language would be an added advantage
