Position : PCN Manager (Parent Community Network Manager) Job Description: Community Development: Establish and nurture a parent community network that offers mutual support, resources, and shared learning opportunities. Organize regular workshops, seminars, and support groups featuring mental health professionals to address contemporary parenting challenges. Develop and manage an online platform for resource sharing, discussions, and event updates. Program Management: Design and implement programs that promote active parental engagement and continuous learning. Collaborate with mental health experts to curate content and activities that meet the evolving needs of parents. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, gathering feedback to make necessary adjustments. Community Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment. Facilitate discussions, both online and offline, that encourage knowledge sharing and peer support. Promote volunteerism and leadership within the community, empowering parents to take active roles. Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with local schools, mental health organizations, and community groups to enhance program offerings. Represent the network at community events and meetings to raise awareness and build collaborative relationships. Communication and Marketing: Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote events and engage community members. Utilize social media and other platforms to share resources, success stories, and relevant information. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of community activities, memberships, and communications. Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, community feedback, and areas for improvement.
