Pardot Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pardot Developer to join our marketing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pardot and a working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining automated marketing journeys, campaigns, and integrations that enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and optimize Pardot automation rules, engagement programs, forms, landing pages, and email templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement lead nurturing and scoring models.
• Manage Pardot-Salesforce CRM integration, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization between systems.
• Build and maintain segmentation lists, dynamic content, and campaign reporting dashboards.
• Support the development of email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the use of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio (as needed).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance, automation, or system integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and Pardot releases to recommend and implement best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure marketing automation aligns with business goals and CRM strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Pardot development or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot Lightning App, Automation Rules, Dynamic Lists, and Engagement Studio.
• Basic understanding or exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, or Automation Studio).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and lead lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript (preferred) for email template customization.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Pardot reports, Salesforce dashboards, and campaign analytics.
