Position: QC Intern Location: Andheri East Experience: Fresher Qualification: DEE / BE (Electronics or Mechanical) Stipend: 2.00 to 2.40 LPA Age Limit: 22 to 32 Years Gender: Male Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts) The internship will be for 6 months initially. After 6 months, an evaluation interview will be conducted to review the interns performance. Based on the results, a decision will be made whether to extend the internship for another 1 year. QC Intern An excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in Quality Control at top Electronics manufacturing company catering to international clients. Interns will work under the guidance of experienced QC Engineers and will be trained in quality standards and inspection methods used for global product supplies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products. Support in identifying rejections and reworks, and help in root cause analysis. Learn and work with basic QC tools and measuring instruments. Help in data entry, documentation, and record maintenance for inspection activities. Participate in sample inspection and report preparation for internal use or customer review. Support the QC team in calibration and testing of gauges and instruments. Maintain workplace discipline through 5S and quality awareness practices. Learning Opportunities: Exposure to international quality standards and foreign client interactions. Training on SPC, MSA, ISO, Kaizen, and TQM systems. Opportunity to learn practical applications of QC/QA policies in manufacturing. Note: Candidate must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts). No transport facility will be provided.
