Ensure compliance with local building codes, DCR regulations, and zoning laws in Chennai. Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing projects to ensure quality and adherence to timelines. Interior Design: Develop interior layouts, concepts, and mood boards based on client requirements and lifestyle. Select materials, furniture, fixtures, color schemes, and lighting solutions. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and vendor coordination for interior fit-outs. Provide 3D visualizations and walkthroughs to clients for better understanding. Oversee installation and styling to ensure the final outcome matches the design vision. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop. Strong creative and visualization skills. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current trends in architecture and interior design. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Project management and time management abilities.
